The Honest Connoisseur strives to ensure that you, our customer, receive quality products along with high-quality customer service. After the receipt of your order, we offer a 14-day return policy on any DOA (dead on arrival) or unused items. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please inspect and test all items upon receipt, the 14-day return window begins regardless of whether the items were opened or not.

After the 14-day period, any issues with items that have an applicable manufacturer’s warranty will have to be processed directly with the manufacturer according to their requirements.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as consumables/edibles, CBD, and e-juice are always a final sale and cannot be returned. We also do not accept coils, tanks, accessories, replacement parts, sanitary goods/cleaning supplies, nutrients or other liquid materials, etc.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer for a refund.

Before shipping out a returned item, you must contact us at to state the intent of your return. Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your shipment back for the refund (credit back) to your account to be processed by our Payments Department. Once the credit back has been processed, you will be notified via email with a credit memo.

All shipping related damages or missing parts need to be reported to us within 3 business days after receipt of the package. For all orders that received free shipping courtesy of The Honest Connoisseur, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When shipping back a product to be returned, you will be responsible for insuring the package. The Honest Connoisseur is not responsible for lost or damaged returned items. The Honest Connoisseur does not accept C.O.D. packages and is not responsible for any customs or duty fees.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)
All accessories, items included with the purchase, and components that come with the product must be sent back with the original product packaging. The full retail price of any items kept and not returned, will be deducted from the refund total. This includes vaporizer accessories and/or parts that were discounted with the original purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

PLEASE NOTE: Any incomplete or defaced returned items will not be given credit.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
